Terms & Condition

— Orders
I. No cancellation of orders, but If you wish to cancel your order you need to pay 30% of the price of the item you ordered.
We will be giving 3 days to pay the cancellation fee, if the payments are not settled within the given days we have no choice but to mark you as bogus buyer. We are not allowing buyers to cancel their orders 3 days before the said deadline of payment.II. If you already fill out the order form and/or your items are already secured and onhand, you can't cancel your order or else you need to pay 30% of price of the item or we will post you as a bogus buyer. Unless, if we fail to secure the item/s and sold out.III. All items are already ALL IN, unless if it is stated. But the local shipping fee & additional packaging fees are excluded.— Payment
I. Pay your order before or on the day of the deadline of payment. Late payment fee will be 50PHP per day, We will be giving you 2 days to settle your payments but once you fail settle within the given days, We have no choice but to cancel your orders and mark you as joy reserver. This also applied for the downpayment scheme, but we will not cancel your order/s and the late payment fee will increase day by day until you pay your remaining balance.II. Payments such as down payment, full payments as well as the excess payments are non refundable unless if it is our fault.III. Confirmation of payments/order
Order confirmation will be automatic after you submit he order form. Payment form will be included. Payment confirmation will be automatic too, but if the status on our masterlist isn't updated it means that we haven't update the masterlist yet.— Personal Informations
The personal informations that you will be giving to us are safe and you can trust them to us. These will use for shipping purposes only. As well as our informations, we hope that our personal informations between these transactions are safe to all the buyers.— ETA/Shipments
I. DON'T RUSH US TO YOUR ORDERS!! Items are from other country so shipment to Philippines takes a weeks or months to arrive. We also need to full our box in our korean address to ship out. So please be patient to your order/s.
• Normal ETA — 3 to 5 weeks after ship out from korean address.
• Fast ETA — 5 to 10 days after ship out from korean address.II. Any delays caused by the Entertainment Companies, Weather Conditions, Couriers, Suppliers is not our fault. We don't have any control caused by these.III. Once the items are arrived it will take 3-7 days to pack and ready your orders. We will send a shipping form via Twitter DM or E-mail for you to fill out your full address and other details and to know the price of shipping fee.IV. Combined shippings are allowed, but be patient if your items are from different batch/ETA and please take note that your shipping fee can be change due to the weight and size of your item/s.V. Changing of Delivery Details are allowed as long as we haven't shipped your order/s yet.— No Refund & No Return
We do not refund & return unless if proven that is our fault that you received wrong or damaged item. Manufacturing defects & caused by shipping deffects [from our address to yours] are not covered by refund or return. We recommend you to send your unboxing video and must inform us as you received that you received wrong or damage item.— For Minors
If you're a minor, before signing up the order form please let know or ask permission to your parents/guardians first before you purchase/submit the form, to not cause any problems.

Facts & Informations to know

Masterlist

- "Why I cannot access/view the masterlist"
I. Masterlist tracker is exclusively for on-going/have pending buyers [viewers] only. If your batch is already done, you don't have any access to the masterlist any longer.II. Your e-mail you use to view is not the same e-mail you put in the order form. The e-mails that you put in order form are the one who is allowed to access the masterlist. I won`t accept requests/permissions to access to view the masterlist, unless you will ask permission to me, and you are a existing buyer.III. I hides the batch that is already done or all items from the certain batch are shipped out.~ Please be noted that our masterlist are'nt updated everyday. I will post an update on our shop twitter account when it is already updated.

PAYMENTS

- "How can I pay?"
You can pay your orders via GCash, Bank transfer [Union Bank] and Palawan Express Only.
- "Do you accept downpayments?"
Yes, I do accept downpayments with stated percent or price for downpayments.
- "Do you accept CODs?"
Sometimes, when I post the item on shopee.
- "Where can I see the payment form?"
The payment form link is included in the order confirmation after you submit your orders via order forms.
ps. If you did'nt fill out payment form, we will not confirm your payment. No Payment Form = No Order & No Payment recived.
- "I already filled out the payment form and received payment confirmation, but in masterlist it has still no update?"
The payment confirmation is just automatic e-mail, but it will be confirmed and updated into the masterlist within 12-36 hours.~ Please pay on time. There would be additional 50PHP/per day after the said deadline of payment.

ORDERS

- "How to order?"
You will fill out an order form > pay & fill out payment form > wait for release to distributer & shipping from South Korea to Philippines > you will fill out shpping form & pay for shipping fee > wait to arrive at your address.
ps. Please, if you will order from us or any shops, be 100% sure. Let's not waste our time & effort here.
- Can I cancel my order/s?
I. If we fail to secure your items, we will notify you if you want to cancel your item/s or if you are willing to wait for restock.II. You can't cancel your order/s, unless of you are willing to pay 30% of amount of your order/s.~ You will be not entertained anymore. You will be blocked as well.- Tingi & Mine-ing based orders

- "How do I know if my order/s are already confirmed?"
After you filled out order form, you will receive an e-mail that contains your response in our order formed, payment informations and payment form link.

SHIPPING

- "How much is the shipping fee ?"
It depends on your item/s' size, weight, and your location. The shipping fee are always included in order forms and it is already fixed. It will be collected once we already packed your item/s and ready for shipments. In this, we will DM you via Twitter or E-mail with the actual pictures of your item/s, shipping form link and what size of plastic they're fitted to in every courier we use/available.
- "Where can I see the tracking number?"
Once the item/s are shipped we will send a DM via Twitter or an E-mail the tracking numbers. It will also be on the masterlist tracker.
- "Is combined shipping is allowed?"
Yes, but please be patient with your item/s specially when they're from different ETAs.

- "When do I know when my order/s are already shipped out?"
We will post an update on twitter account, send you a DM or E-mail and we will update the status on masterlist.- I use used or old bubble wrap sometimes to reuse them, so please be reminded. The important here is the items are safe.

- "Where can I see the updates to my order/s?"
You can see it by searching #PurpleAlert on twitter, on masterlist and here in carrd in page "Latest #PurpleAlert". I would really appreciate if you will check your order updates on your own.
- " I received my item/s that I order to your shop damaged, can you give me a refund or can I return?"
Yes, you can. But please make sure that you have a unboxing video for proof. The damages caused by entertainment companies and shipping are'nt covered.

ORDER UPDATES

As of July 12, 2022BOX 2
Box 2 will have a delay in shipping out from South Korea, which was supposedly shipped out this week. It is due to one parcel (1 BTS Proof Album Standard Ed for Tingi) which my consol hasn't sent a photo update for it to be able to be included in the box. I have already followed this up with them for almost 3 weeks already, and on July 11, they said that it would be up on checking on July 15. I would still keep in touch with them regarding this item.Moreover, I want to disclose that posters for BTS Proof Album (Standard Edition) are not fit for the box that I've availed to my consolidator. Please be reminded that your posters will be shipped to you folded as my consolidator didn't recommend shipping the poster tubes to another KR Address because it will cause a lot of expenses due to its volumetric.I am hoping for understanding and consideration.Thank you!!!
